This evening is an Introduction to Empowerment Breathwork with the intention of awakening many new exciting possibilities of what it means to be alive by exploring the landscapes of our life through self inquiry and conscious breathing.
Our patterns of breathing, mirror our patterns of living (or not living).
Some of the ways we resist life are mirrored in how we breathe (or don't breathe).
When we are ready to cross the threshold of resistance with a conscious breath, we reveal our True Self and the Life we've always known was awaiting on the other side.
When we are breathing fully, we are living fully!

Preparation
This Growthshop Is Not A Good Fit For You If...
- Upon registration you will be given a prep form to help get your inner guidance juices flowing. If you are inspired to do so, you can explore the self reflection questions now by clicking here.
- While it is recommended to abstain from food a couple of hours prior to the session, it is at least advised not to eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the session.
- Wear loose fitted clothing or bring a change of clothing as we will be moving with the potential for sweating.
- During your Breathwork Session, you will be laying down and breathing so please bring any extra cushions, pillows, or blankets that will make you feel at home and supported. There will be some cushions and blankets available.
- Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
- Bring a journal or pen and paper as you will be writing.
- Please arrive in 15 minutes early to park, check in, and settle in.

- you are currently experiencing an upper respiratory cold or flu virus.
- you have experienced a severe mental or physical trauma or abuse in your life.
- you are on any kind of medications for mental or emotional reasons.
- you believe you are experiencing a "life crisis" - physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.
- you have a severe heart condition or a severe medical condition of any kind especially related to your respiratory system or nervous system.
Breathwork is a very powerful healing modality that can access deep states of the subconscious mind and long held energy patters in the body-mind system. Without adequate one-on-one council and proper preparation, a group experience of this technique is not recommended for people who are aware of deep emotional or mental traumas.
